With over a decade of experience in a wide variety of vehicles, there's very little we haven't seen. Our knowledge and experience on electrical systems is unrivalled on commercial vehicles. We can provide comprehensive back up for Scania vehicles, Volvo Truck & Bus, all trailer faults and a broad knowledge of various plant systems and machines.

With our original lineup of equipment comprising of Cummins, Allison DOC, and Delphi/Autocom Truck, we were able to serve well and fast.

But we have added TEXA IDC5 to our Arsenal, and combined there is very little that we cannot do.

IDC5 Truck allows us to carry out far more in depth fault finding, diagnostics, programming and ecu replacement than ever before.

This significant investment is not only a milestone for AS Auto but for our customers too. We can achieve more than ever before for our customers, and bring the convenience of powerful multibrand diagnostics to your doorstep.

Bars and Bling!

Goes without saying really. Lightbars, lights, bling, strobes and anything else your imagination can dream up are fine by us!

Who says less is more?

We have carried out many major installs of bars and additional lighting and have done so while remaining within manufacturer specifications and aiming to achieve a neat and tidy installation every time.

This also applies to work van prep, including installing strobes, interior and exterior work lighting, inverters, compressor start and jump start points.

Diagnostics, Calibration and Programming

Roadside & Breakdown assistance

Being fully mobile and right next to the M74 helps us help you, when you need it most.

Our service van is equipped with a 12 or 24v jump start, trailer light and EBS test facility with or without tractor unit, diagnostic equipment for most modern vehicles, and a vast stock of replacement parts such as suzies, sockets, markers, lights and switches. Anything we don't have can normally be with us quickly! One way or another, we will get you on the move again!

Our coverage is nationwide, but primarily covers the A75, M74/M6, A7 and A66 corridors.

We have a proven track record of returning breakdowns to service, even far afield at unsociable hours, in extremely remote locations.

This also applies to tail lifts, moving decks and truck mounted cranes. We also cover bus, coach and van requests.

On Site Service

All repairs can be carried out wherever the truck, bus or van is and whenever it's wheels stop turning.

We can come to you and assist with repair of defects on inspection, or reported defects in service.

As mentioned previously, our van is fully kitted and ready to assist. We can supply and replace all items required from batteries to trailer EBS modulators, on site and without fuss!
